Hello everyone! We are Supertime, based in China, and we have been deeply rooted in the watch industry for over 33 years. My brother began his career in watch manufacturing right after graduation, and he is now over 56 years old. I took over the company three years ago. Prior to this, I spent 15 years at Alibaba, where I served as Deputy General Manager. Therefore, our company combines the manufacturing expertise of a traditional industry player with the service spirit of the internet.

Organizationally, we have a dedicated business service team of over 10 people, 4 designers, 2 engineers, a specialized procurement team of 5, and more than 30 staff members in production.

**Part 2: Special Service Capabilities**

1.  **Professional Media Production Team:** We have an in-house team specializing in photography, image editing, and video production. If you are an internet-based watch brand—selling through channels like independent websites, Kickstarter, or Amazon—we can create platform-specific images, brand detail pages, and videos for you free of charge, making it convenient for you to sell directly online. Please note, **this is a free service** we provide.

2.  **Strongest Partnerships with Movement Manufacturers:** We are a premier partner for nearly all movement brands, holding priority purchasing rights for many calibers. For instance, we have the rights to use the Seagull ST19 series movement, which is currently unavailable to many manufacturers in the market. This is one of our key advantages. Partnering with us gives you greater security.

3.  **Free Design Services:** With 4 in-house designers, we can design products for you free of charge, tailored to your brand's identity. We provide you with a wide range of ideas and design concepts for your reference. Additionally, we participate in exhibitions in Hong Kong and Germany every year, and we develop over 60 new models annually for you to choose from.
